Like I've been hit by something i'm not sure what it is.

But i'd like to call it the Ice Storm Effect.

I'm not too excited about the Oscars this year.
Maybe I've watched the Golden Globes and it just seems a little more predictable for me this time.

I love movies but i don't get to indulge myself in really current ones.
When people desperately try to be one of the first to catch King Kong,I was probably at the video rental store digging out last year's nominations, or at home reminiscing the Woody Allen collection.

People like making predictions on the frontrunners just because they managed to watch every nomination.But I'm not ashamed to be digging out old 'nuggets' instead.

I believe we have our own favourite movie characters, and i personally feel it sort of tells us about ourselves at the same time.
